Anthony
Dubreville
President, Chief Executive and Chairman
Anthony (Tony) Dubreville is
the President, Chief Executive Officer
and Chairman of Trade Service,
the leading provider of product information
services to the electrical, plumbing,
HVACR, industrial, automotive and office
products industries by providing business-critical
information to its loyal 18,000 subscribers.
Mr. Dubreville joined
Trade Service in 1984 and has built
his successful career capitalizing on
opportunities to grow the company. He
has held a number of executive management
positions and in 1999 was appointed
President, Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman. He credits his success and
longevity to the commitment and talents
of those around him. The epitome of
a team player, Tony strives to convey
that it is the efforts of the people
not just his own, that have made Trade
Service such an admirable and successful
company.
With more than 20 years
of industry experience, Dubreville is
strongly committed to strengthening
and expanding Trade Service’s market
and product reach as it strives to maintain
and bolster its leadership position
through continual customer involvement
and strategic acquisition.
Mr. Dubreville is a
graduate of San Diego State University
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration with emphasis
in both Accounting and Finance.

Steven
Borgardt
Chief Financial Officer
Steven Borgardt, Chief Financial Officer,
is responsible for all of Trade Service’s
financial and administrative activities,
including business unit performance,
financial reporting and planning, legal
and administration.
Prior to joining Trade
Service in 2000 as its Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer,
Borgardt was CFO for Aonix Corporation,
a San Diego-based software tools developer
with extensive European operations.
Borgardt's previous experience includes
16 years as Vice President of Finance
and CFO for publicly held, high technology
companies involved in developing, manufacturing
and distributing mobile wireless communications
systems, and aerospace telemetry acquisition
and processing systems. He also spent
four years in the San Diego office of
the international accounting firm of
Coopers & Lybrand (now known as
PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
Borgardt is a Certified
Public Accountant with extensive experience
in SEC reporting, and public and private
financing. He received his Bachelor
of Science Degree in Accounting from
San Diego State University.
James LaGrossa
Vice President, Content Operations
As Vice President of Trade Service's Content Operations, Jim LaGrossa's goal is to continue to refine and successfully integrate a combination of automated content-based rules, along with our team of domain experts. "We have found that more and more data is available electronically, and that checking the accuracy of this data through automated tools and scripts can definitely save an enormous amount of time, however, it doesn't replace the need for knowledgeable people to review the data".
At i2 Technologies, LaGrossa ran their Global Content Operations. Prior to joining i2, Jim spent years working with Verizon's large content databases and converted much of their paper and film based technologies to newer delivery mediums utilizing electronic media and the web.
LaGrossa earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management at Rutgers University and his Master's at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
Tod
Moore
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Vice President of
Sales & Marketing, Tod Moore is
responsible for overseeing sales execution,
marketing communications, alliances
and customer service. With over 17 years
experience helping MRO distribution
markets use content to maximize their
profitability, Moore has the proven
leadership and expertise to expand Trade
Service's direct and indirect sales
channels, and increase its penetration
in its core vertical markets.
Moore joined Trade Service in 1990 as
Marketing Manager of the office products
division. In 1995, he was promoted to
General Manager, and then rose to President
of the division in 1998.
Moore has held various prominent board
positions within several associations,
including the National Office Products
Association and the Wholesale Distributor
Association. He holds a Bachelor of
Arts Degree from Washington State University.

John
Henry
Director, Corporate Communications and
Channel Alliances
As Director of Corporate
Communications and Channel Alliances,
John Henry oversees the development
and on-going maintenance of Trade Service's
business relationships and alliances.
The purpose of this position is to foster
an environment within common markets
served in which Trade Service and each
business partner, through close collaboration,
become more successful through continual
improvement of their respective offerings,
thereby creating a better overall solution
for the end customer. Henry has served
the company for 25+ years in various
capacities, most of which have involved
direct interaction with Trade Service
customers, manufacturer associates,
business system providers, industry
associations, and marketing groups.
His primary responsibility and invaluable
contribution to the industry has been
to educate the supply chain on the many
profit and productivity maximizing solutions
Trade Service provides, and assist in
their adoption and implementation, for
the sole purpose of helping users realize
true value in their business through
their use.
Henry has served on
various industry committees throughout
his career at Trade Service, lending
his many years of experience and knowledge
to help further a wide range of industry
initiatives, including the development
of the revolutionary UPC coding system
used in EDI and barcoding applications,
expanded product content needed for
improved product identification and
commerce, and the adoption of industry
standard data formats required by business
system providers to more effectively
serve their client base.
Henry earned his Bachelor
of Arts Degree from Albion College,
Albion, Michigan.

Robert
Stone
Director, Sales & Business Development
Robert (Bob) Stone joined
Trade Service in 2000, bringing with him
vast experience serving the distribution
industry. As Director of Sales & Business
Development, Stone utilizes his expertise
and in-depth knowledge of distributor
operations to shape Trade Service’s product
offerings to deliver maximum value. In
his role, Stone works closely with distributors
to gain a thorough understanding of their
pricing service and catalog content use
models in order to transform their requirements
into product features that provide the
desired benefits. Stone also extends his
proven leadership to the Trade Service
customer service team, sharing his customer-focused
vision not only to the development of
Trade Service products, but to the delivery
as well. For 26 years, Stone has acted
as a strong advocate for his distributor
customers, resulting in his ability to
extract the “real world” content product
requirements that distributors need to
be successful.
Prior to Trade Service, Stone spent
20 years at Howard W. Sams & Company,
serving in several executive management
positions, including overseeing the
distributor catalog operations, which
eventually led to his role as Director
of Sales for the catalog division. During
his tenure at Sams, Stone worked with
hundreds of distributors in the PHCP,
Electrical, and Industrial verticals,
tailoring catalog marketing programs
that helped these distributors increase
their sales, improve their customer
service, and streamline their operations.
Stone received
his Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering
from ITT Technical Institute in Indianapolis,
and attended the Indiana University
School of Business.
Sumana
Rao
Director, Sales & Business Development
As Director of Contractor Sales, Rao’s key
objectives are to lead her team towards
increasing sales by delivering world class
product solutions. She works
closely with customers, listening and
understanding their needs, suggestions
and concerns. By paying attention to
feedback and channeling it into Trade Service’s product
development,
she continuously enhances the product
and service offerings delivered to customers.
Rao joined the company in 2001,
and has managed several functions within
the company including Customer Support, Information Technology,
Quality Control, and Production Control.
Prior to joining Trade Service, she
held various positions in the areas
of Business Development, and Sales &
Project Management at i2 Technologies,
Vallin.com and Times of India.
Rao earned her Master of Science
degree in Management Information Systems
from University of Texas, and her Master
of Business Administration Degree in
Marketing from T.A.Pai Management Institute,
Manipal, India.
Philip
Bishop
General Manager, Nu-Way Automotive
As General Manager of Nu-Way
Automotive, Phil Bishop has responsibility
for all aspects of the business unit
including sales, marketing, operations
and administration. After more than
25 years in the automotive aftermarket,
Phil provides Nu-Way and its customer
base valuable industry experience with
distribution systems, e-commerce and
data management. Bishop works closely
with his distributor and manufacturer
customers and value added resellers
(VARs) to insure that the Nu-Way content
and electronic delivery methods provide
the greatest possible value to the end
user.
Bishop joined Trade
Service in 1998 as General Manager of
the Nu-Way business unit based in Columbus,
Ohio. Prior to that he served for 15
years as Vice President of LoadStar
Systems, a division of Triad (now Activant),
where he was responsible for sales and
field service operations, and was heavily
involved in system design. At LoadStar,
Bishop pioneered UPC implementation
and complex pricing matrices in the
aftermarket. Bishop also held sales
and marketing positions with Purolator
Products and Ford Motor Company.
Bishop received his
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics
from Muskingum College in New Concord,
Ohio. He has served on many industry
committees including the Automotive
Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA),
Product Information Exchange Standard
(PIES), and Category Management committees.

Michael
Podoris
Director of Product Management
Mike
Podoris has been with Trade Service
since 2004 and is responsible for building
and maintaining relationships with the
company's manufacturing partners. Having
mutually beneficial partnerships with
manufacturers is a key element behind
Trade Service's success as we rely on
communications with them to keep pricing
and part information accurate and up-to-date.
Prior
to joining Trade Service Podoris spent
5 years at i2 Technologies as a Senior
Project Manager within their Supplier
Relationship Management group where
he managed large scale data management
projects including part reuse and strategic
sourcing solutions for both MRO and
direct materials. Podoris also spent
13 years working at EDS in various capacities.
Among his accomplishments while at EDS,
he designed a worldwide data transmission
process for a large manufacturing company.
Podoris
received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical
Engineering from Oakland University
and a Master's Degree in Business Administration
from Walsh College.
Pam
Prager
Accounting Manager
Pam
Prager, Accounting Manager, manages
all areas of finance and accounting.
Prager and her staff are responsible
for recording the financial transactions
of the Company through accounts payable,
accounts receivable, payroll, cash flow,
general ledger, tax compliance, financial
analysis and financial reporting.
Before
joining Trade Service in 1992, Prager
worked eight years in the accounting
profession in San Diego in both small
and large company environments.
Prager
earned her Bachelor of Science Degree
in Information Systems Management at
San Diego State University and completed
the core Accounting requirements in
the Master of Accountancy Science program
at California State University, Sacramento
and San Diego State University.

Shirley
Vaughn
Director, Database Operations & Customer Support
As the Director of Database Operations and Customer Support, Vaughn’s key objectives are to oversee the accuracy and currency of the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Industrial data in the Trade Service database, maintain the product delivery schedule for all electronic and publication products, and provide the highest level of customer support to our subscriber base. She works closely with the Sourcing team to ensure the currency level of the data in our master database, and with the Editorial team to see that the manufacturers’ data is accurately represented. Vaughn also works with the Computer Operations, Media Control, Production Control, and QC teams to process, create, and ship the entire Trade Service suite of products. Vaughn’s knowledge of the operational aspects of the Trade Service business is leveraged as she works to resolve our customer’s support issues on a daily basis.
Vaughn
joined Trade Service in 1986, and has
managed a variety of functions within
the organization including Customer
Support, Technical Support, Data Entry,
Imaging, and Trade Match. Prior to joining
Trade Service, Vaughn was employed by
Walker Scott, a department store chain,
as their Operations Manager. She brings
35 years of management experience with
her, as well as a strong working knowledge
of most of the operational processes
utilized by Trade Service.
Vaughn
earned her Associate Degree in Information
Technology from ATI Institute in Indianapolis,
Indiana.
